About me
I live in Oakland, California. I am almost 41 years old. I paint, sculpt, draw, argue, debate, work with young children, and I always ask questions.

What I'm interested in:
- Art
Painting, Drawing, Sculpting... I like looking at art, I like making art, and I like working with others who create art.
We recently moved to an artist community and we live in a converted warehouse. I love it here!!!
- Philosophy
Evolutionary Epistemology -- the growth of knowledge. I have a couple of authors/philosophers to recommend: David Deutsch _Fabric of Reality_, and anything by Karl Popper. I also find A.S. Neill (of Summerhill) to be a worthwhile read.
- Children and Family
I believe that children are to be taken seriously. I disagree with the limitations that many place on the abilities of children. Children are wonderful. I work with children and it helps me continue to make sense of the world.
I'm also a mom -- two sons and I'm married.
